MARINA RATES for 2024 (May 1 to Nov. 1)

SOUTH YARD
Select from the following:

A-DOCK up to 30’ $113.00/ft.
B-DOCK up to 36’ $118.00/ft.
C-DOCK up to 36’ $122.00/ft.
D-DOCK up to 45’ $5,800.00 minimum
E-DOCK up to 75’ $10,175.00 minimum
F-DOCK $17,590.00
G-DOCK $17,590.00
J-DOCK $113.00/ft.

Rates include 1 shore power cord. Additional shore cords will be charged as follows:

30 amp $1,000/season
50 amp $2,000/season

NO SLIP SPACE WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT A 50% DEPOSIT AND A COMPLETE LEASE AGREEMENT RECEIVED BY JANUARY 1, 2024. SLIP SPACE WILL THEN BE MADE AVAILABLE TO OUR WAITING LIST.

Over 100’ ask for a quote
Dinghy float space $525.00 per season (up to 10’) over 10’ ask for quote
ALL VESSELS WILL BE CHARGED ON LENGTH OVERALL MEASUREMENTS, INCLUDING BOW SPRITS & SWIM PLATFORMS. (Reference #8 on Terms and Conditions.)
A deposit of 50% of the slip fee is required by January 1, 2024 with the balance due by March 1, 2024
Boat Leasing Slips after February 21st of the current Slip Season must make payments in full.


PLEASE SEE THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Any vessel arriving before May 1st and/or is still in the marina after November 1st will be subject to $100/day fee.
